Customer Satisfaction Survey

Each year RMP asks customers to rate our performance across several key areas. Last year we achieved between 92%-100% satisfaction across all areas.

There is always the opportunity for improvement, so we’ve taken the ratings and comments into consideration, tightening up practices where possible and streamlining our processes, taking lessons from the feedback forward into the next year.
