We are dedicated to constantly improving our product quality, reliability and customer service and have established a quality management system (QMS) to establish a solid foundation for a company culture centred upon this continuous improvement.
The QMS is based on the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:2008 and BS EN 1090 Execution Class 4. The system has been developed to enable full integration of in-house and client specific requirements.
Integrating our quality policy
Our quality policy and QMS – along with our health & safety and environmental policies – work in tandem to provide guarantees to our customers of high standards of workmanship and service and an assurance that RMP is always striving to offer more.
The QMS is designed to prevent quality defects or potential quality defects at the earliest stage possible. This improves our overall efficiency and assists in our compliance with our quality objectives, which are reviewed annually.
In addition, the QMS will ensure that all products and services will meet customer specification and satisfy demands for product reliability, quality, delivery and customer service.
RMP’s management will formulate quality objectives annually, during management reviews and will ensure the routine monitoring, measurement and achievement of set objectives.
