What is Machining?
Machining is the process of cutting, shaping, or removing material from a workpiece using a machine tool. There are various manufacturing methods to machine to the Desired result with the most popular being CNC Machining centres that once the programme is written is totally automated, removing waste and reducing overall lead times and costs.

How Does CNC Machining Work?
Customers either send hard copy drawings, DXF file or NC1 files to load directly into the machine’s computer to reduce programming time. Once loaded with the parts the machine uses its hardware to calculate the most economical way to start the cycle of removing metal to manufacture the parts to customer requests at the highest tolerances.
